This is the Night Court Hire online booking system for Blackburn Tennis Club Members Only.
Casual Bookings can be made for "Members Only" evening time slots.
Cost: $20.00 per hour (Members Only discounted rate)

Casual Users - Booking Duration: The minimum booking duration is 1 hour. The maximum booking duration for casual users is 2 hours.

Wet weather - Casual booking users entitled to reschedule to an available court of their choice. Hirer should email their booking receipt to btcinc1922@gmail.com to request rescheduling (stating date, court, starting time on a slot that is still available as shown in the BBTC online booking system) within 7 days of their paid booking.
Cancellation - Casual booking payment will be forfeited if cancellation is not done within 48 hours of the booked slot. For cancellation with more than 48 hours notice, hirer should email their booking receipt to btcinc1922@gmail.com to cancel and request for reschedule stating date, court, starting time on a slot that is still available as shown in the BBTC online booking system. A new receipt will be issued once the booking is rescheduled.
Tennis Purposes Only: Our courts are only to be used for the purpose of recreational & competition tennis. Professional coaching on the tennis courts may not take place, other than by the club coach and by approved persons, who have the prior written agreement of the Club. You are not permitted to use the tennis courts at the venue for any activity other than recreational & competition tennis without prior written agreement of the Club.
